All visuals, product names, text, cinematic narratives, olfactory mappings, packaging designs, and any other creative elements shown on this website are the intellectual property of ALMOST HUMAN SRL and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

No part of the website may be used, copied, or repurposed without prior written consent.

Products

  • The website sells perfumes only, crafted and filled by hand.

  • Small variations in color, scent nuance, or bottle presentation may occur due to the artisanal process.

  • Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the final product.

Pricing and payments

  • All prices are displayed in EUR.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay).

  • Almost Human does not collect or store your card information.

  • Any applicable taxes or shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Shipping and delivery

  • Almost Human ships primarily within the EU, and internationally where supported.

  • Shipping is handled by major carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and DPD.

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Returns and cancellations

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

In accordance with EU law, customers may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The perfume must be in its original packaging, fully sealed, and in resellable condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Opened products

Due to the nature of perfumes, opened products cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or defective items

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at hello@almosthuman.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.

Order cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Limitation of liability

Almost Human is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control,

  • indirect or consequential losses,

  • allergic reactions or sensitivities — customers should test products responsibly.

Our liability for any purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers and not stored by Almost Human.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Romania.
