Almost Human accepts returns of unopened, unused perfumes within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
Once a perfume is opened, it cannot be returned.
Eligibility for return
To qualify for a return:

the perfume must be sealed and unused,

it must be in its original packaging,

it must be in the same condition as received,

you must provide proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@almosthuman.store with photos.
For confirmed issues, Almost Human will:

replace the product at our expense, or
-
issue a full refund,
and cover all shipping costs associated with the resolution.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you prefer a different fragrance, you may return the unopened item (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is processed.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
EU customers have the right to return unopened products within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Opened perfumes are excluded from this right due to hygiene and product safety regulations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our return address. Returns that arrive opened, used, or damaged may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
