Almost Human accepts returns of unopened, unused perfumes within 30 days of receiving your order. For customers in the European Union, this includes the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection rules.

Returned perfumes must be sealed, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Opened perfumes cannot be returned if the protective seal has been removed or broken after delivery and the product is no longer suitable for return due to hygiene, health protection, or product safety reasons.

Eligibility for return

To qualify for a return:

  • the perfume must be sealed and unused,

  • it must be in its original packaging,

  • it must be in the same condition as received,

  • you must provide proof of purchase.

How to start a return

EU customers can exercise their right of withdrawal through the electronic return and cancellation function available on our store, where applicable.

Returns sent without prior approval or without following the return process may not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Original shipping costs from the initial order are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@almosthuman.store with photos.

For confirmed issues, Almost Human will:

  • replace the product at our expense, or

  • issue a full refund,
    and cover all shipping costs associated with the resolution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you prefer a different fragrance, you may return the unopened item, if eligible, and place a new order once your refund is processed.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the last item in the order.

If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Opened perfumes are excluded from the right of withdrawal if the protective seal has been removed or broken after delivery and the product is no longer suitable for return due to hygiene, health protection, or product safety reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received at our return address.

Returns that arrive opened, used, unsealed, or damaged may be rejected or may result in a reduced refund, where permitted by applicable law.
